Messett

Clarence Loudon Messett was an early townsperson who arrived in The Pas in 1927. A lifelong member of the Elks, Messett acted as an errand boy and travelling store to travellers along the HBR rail lines. He became a well-known member of the town and took many of the earliest photos of life in The Pas. Died 12 January 1968 in The Pas. Buried in Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Winnipeg.
