Player Piano Scroll – This is an old scroll for use in a player piano. It is long and cylindrical, has black wooden ends, beige scroll paper, and metal tips at the ends for the axle. At the beginning of the paper is a glued-on tag, which says, “WEDDING OF THE WINDS (Mandolin arrangement for Piano by Alice R. Smythe) Hall”. On one of the ends it is engraved, “ADJUSTABLE FLANGE PAT’D. MAR 7-1905”. Also, there is an accompanying tag, which says, “Old Player Piano Roll found by Geo Bagshaw in Mrs. Graham’s old house. Now Ukrainian Orthodox Church.”
