| Comments: | Was telling a friend about this great museum, trying to explain a Jackalope (did I spell it right?) and have only found one person in South Western Ontario who actually knows what it is! |

| Comments: | A very interesting and informative site. Sam Waller was fortunate to find such a giving community to retire in and the community lucky to have Sam Waller. We look forward to visiting your museum and city soon. |

| Comments: | My mother's (nee Vonne Barrill) family lived in La Pas during the early part of the twentieth century. Just a little history ... Her parents (Joseph and Blanche (nee Gagnon) Barrill) had seven children, four girls, Lee, Mae, Vonne, and Candis, and three boys (Lou, Albert, and Ronald (Buddy)). Joseph was one of The Pas's two town barbers during the 1930s. Since I last visited it some years ago, this website has been greatly improved. Great work! I'd love to see more historic references and photographs. |
